How We Work
Following the initial discussion, most of our clients send the material for inclusion on their site by email, along with any instructions or requests regarding layout, colour schemes etc. We then put together a draft page for the client's approval, uploaded to our test space.
Once we have received feedback on the draft design we complete the site making any alterations requested by the client as the work progresses. We keep in constant touch with our clients during the design process and take on board any comments that we receive.
We do not upload the final version to the client's domain until the client has given approval.
If you feel that you need to meet with your designer in person to discuss the website details then this can be arranged at any time during the project. However we need to have at least one week's notice if you would like a meeting so that this can be arranged with minimum disruption to other current projects. (If you are not able to keep the appointment please inform us promptly).
Depending on the size and complexity of a site the design and build time will usually be between two and eight weeks, provided that all material is submitted promptly and in digital form.
